1. Cancellation Policy
You Can Cancel:
- At any time before we start working on your application

- You must provide your Order ID and registered email
Cancellation Not Allowed:
- ❌ After Udyam Registration application is filed with Government portal
- ❌ After Udyam Certificate is issued

3. Detailed Refund Scenarios
Scenario 1: 100% Refund (₹999)
Conditions:
- ✅ Payment successfully received
- ✅ No work started on your application
- ✅ No data has been collected or processed
- ✅ Request made within 24 hours of payment
Scenario 2: 50% Refund (₹500)
Conditions:
- ⚠️ Data collection started (forms filled, documents reviewed)
- ⚠️ Application prepared but NOT yet filed with government
- ⚠️ Professional time and effort already invested
- ⚠️ Request made before final submission
Rationale: 50% is deducted to cover the time, effort, and resources already spent on your case.
Scenario 3: No Refund (₹0)
Conditions:
- ❌ Application already filed with Government MSME portal
- ❌ Udyam Certificate already generated and delivered
- ❌ Service completely delivered as promised
Rationale: Once filed, the work is completed. Government portal submissions cannot be reversed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- ❌ Wrong Information Provided: If application is rejected due to incorrect details provided by you
- ❌ Incomplete Documentation: If you fail to provide required documents despite our requests
- ❌ Government Rejection: If government rejects due to policy changes or ineligibility (we will assist with re-application)
- ❌ Change of Mind: After successful certificate delivery
- ❌ Delays Caused by You: If service delivery is delayed due to your non-responsiveness
- ❌ Duplicate Registration: If you already have an active Udyam registration
5. How to Request a Refund

We will assist with re-filing at no additional cost, but refunds will not be provided as professional services were rendered.
8. Modification of Services
If you need to modify your application after payment:
